Release Notes – 2026-09-30

🏥 EHR Platform (For Clinic & Provider Staff)

These updates simplify clinical tracking workflows, introduce advanced financial split logic for refunds, optimize laboratory tracking via secure aliases, and provide clearer data visibility for prescribing practitioners.

🌟 What’s New?

  • Auto-Applied Checkout Discounts

    • Added a new automation configuration that allows tag-associated practice discounts to apply automatically during the checkout phase.

  • Cross-Practice Employee Discounts

    • Patient tags defined at the root organizational level (such as staff member or EHS employee criteria) now automatically flow down to child practices. These master configurations are locked as read-only at the clinic level to maintain consistency.

  • Granular Refund Discount Splitting

    • Upgraded our invoicing and payment engines to store itemized discount splits per beneficiary within individual product lines. Refunds and discount replacements now read this metadata to reverse and calculate the exact discount shares absorbed during payments, ensuring airtight financial auditing.

  • EvexiPel Procedure Classification Tracking

    • The EvexiPel clinical procedure generation pipeline now dynamically asks providers whether a procedure is an initial entry or a repeat visit right from the configuration view.

  • Automated Cancellation & Refunds for Missing Lab Tests

    • The platform now monitors individual Health Gorilla observation statuses. If a diagnostic test is flagged as not performed, the system automatically cancels the item and handles the patient refund while preserving your clinical notes.

  • Cleaned-Up Prescription Summaries

    • Polished clinical views by replacing raw internal numbers with intuitive text values (e.g. displaying "bottle" instead of an internal package index, and showing clear literal text for pharmacy statuses).

🛠️ Bug Fixes & Enhancements

  • Order Address Change Compliance Warnings

    • Fixed an omission in the medication order editing layout. The system now rigorously checks geographic state-distribution rules whenever a delivery address is modified, preventing illegal shipments.

  • Auto-Order Day Constraints Guard

    • Patched a scheduling loophole by ensuring total day-supply limits and item quantities are fully verified before allowing a patient to select an automatic refill frequency.

  • Form Operator Loss Resolution

    • Fixed a front-end layout bug where choosing a procedure type during setup accidentally erased the previously allocated practitioner from the configuration form.

  • QR Code Visibility Fix

    • Corrected a workflow visibility error to ensure registration QR codes render flawlessly on-screen right after sending a clinical consent document during a procedure setup.

  • Medication Request Category Fallbacks

    • Resolved an ArgumentNullException server crash by adding robust object safety validation checks when parsing medication requests that do not specify an explicit category.

  • Device Deletion 422 Processing Fix

    • Resolved an interface schema validation mismatch that returned a 422 processing exception when deleting devices.

  • Uniform Outbound Address Formatting

    • Standardized layout presentation blocks within the "Sent for Fulfillment" task queues to format patient delivery addresses exactly like practitioner address styles.

  • Family History List Enhancements

    • Family History tables now display clear, associated clinical condition titles right inside the line-item layout.

⚙️ Administration App (For Medical Practice Admins)

These updates provide a centralized platform-wide audit log console, resolve list view display issues, and expand configuration details for practitioner profiles.

🌟 What’s New?

  • Global Platform-Wide Audit Events Console

    • Introduced a top-level administrative view to monitor platform-wide audit events outside of individual organization constraints. It includes an optional search filter to sort logs.

  • Extended Practitioner Profile Insights

    • Practitioner Role summary views now expose advanced provider configurations as read-only criteria—including active electronic prescription for controlled substances (EPCS) and ID.me identifiers.

  • Automated Tag Cleanup

    • Deactivating a patient tag within the organization workspace now automatically triggers a background query to find and retire all active discounts linked to that tag.

🛠️ Bug Fixes & Enhancements

  • Pricing Catalog Toggle Stability

    • Resolved a front-end rendering crash that threw error screens when an administrator switched rapidly between Laboratory and Pharmaceutical list categories on the pricing dashboard.

  • Search Field Backslash Restraints

    • Sanitized all administrative search bars to reject the literal backslash \ character, protecting backend databases from query syntax exceptions.

  • Improved Pricing Filter Layouts

    • Re-arranged the discount configuration workflow so that product classification filters display cleanly above discount panels during group pricing adjustments.

  • Export Sheet Filter Accuracy

    • Corrected data export parameters to ensure practitioner role user rows filter accurately and populate data sheets exactly as displayed on screen.
