Updated the user interface under Administration -> Payment from "Credit Cards" to "Credit/Debit Cards" to accurately reflect all accepted card payment profiles.

Fixed an issue on the prescription generator form where a temporary delivery address entered by a clinician was wiped out if they clicked or selected another profile address.

Disabled and deprecated an unused, legacy onboarding framework to eliminate unauthenticated endpoint exposure vectors and harden application security.
