Release Notes – 2026-08-31

🏥 EHR Platform (For Clinic & Provider Staff)

These updates are designed to simplify your clinical workflows, resolve documentation synchronization issues, and introduce self-service task recovery directly within the platform.

🌟 What’s New?

  • Visible Invalidation Notes

    • When an order is marked as invalid, the interface now automatically retrieves and displays the specific reason or note documented inside the system, giving you immediate context on rejected orders.

  • Manual Retry for Failed Prescription Tasks

    • You can now manually retry review-invalid-rx-order tasks directly from the user interface if they stall due to background payment connection locks.

  • Dynamic Shipping Restriction Safeguards

    • The system now automatically monitors shipping state restrictions. If a medication's geographic rules change, affected orders are immediately halted and flagged for your clinical review.

  • Cleaner Address Layouts

    • Patient addresses have been visually updated to place the city, state, and zip code on a new, clean line. If a patient does not have an address on file, the section safely hides itself to avoid empty screen clutter.

🛠️ Bug Fixes & Enhancements

  • Consultation & Lab Note Sync Restored

    • Fixed an issue where clinical notes generated during medical consultations and laboratory reviews failed to populate inside the primary patient encounter chart.

  • Automated Blood Draw Task Resolution

    • Resolved a workflow glitch where a patient's to-do task to "draw blood" remained stuck in a "Ready" state even after orphan lab results were successfully matched to the order.

  • Standardised DEA Systems

    • Updated practitioner onboarding data architecture to ensure all emitted DEA numbers consistently map to the correct data registration framework.

  • Pricing Pipeline Crash Fix

    • Rectified a backend database exception ("Sequence contains more than one matching element") that triggered systemic failures when executing the $put-prices operation.
