More Information

Questionnaire Status

Questionnaires can have one of the following statuses:

Status

Description

Draft

The questionnaire is being created or edited.

Published

The questionnaire is active and available for use.

Retired

The questionnaire is no longer active.

Organization Scope

Questionnaires are specific to the current organization.

The Questionnaires list only displays questionnaires associated with the current organization.

Current Limitations

The current Questionnaire Builder supports the block types available in the builder.

Advanced conditional functionality is not currently available.

For example, you cannot currently configure a question to automatically appear based on the answer to another question.

Future Functionality

Future versions of the Questionnaire Builder may introduce question dependencies and conditional logic.

For example:

Do you currently take medication?

  • If the user selects Yes, additional medication questions could be displayed.

  • If the user selects No, those questions could remain hidden.

This functionality is planned for a future iteration of the Questionnaire Builder.
